HOW IT OPERATES

  • Bookmobiles each carrying a Bookstock of approximately 2000, visit schools once per term for an exchange of books.
  • Schools inaccessible to the bookmobile, are served by delivery vans.
  • Secondary Schools are also visited by van for book deliveries and the establishment or maintenance of the library. Collections are permanent, and are catalogued and classified from headquarters.

HOW MANY BOOKS ARE SUPPLIED TO EACH SCHOOL?

The number of books supplied to schools is based on the enrolment of the school and the accommodation available.

SELECTION OF BOOKS
